Summer Dance 2019
The Ridgefield School of Dance Summer Dance program boasts an exciting line-up of classes for dancers of all ages and abilities. Advanced and Intermediate Ballet Intensive is designed to fine-tune and strengthen serious dancers’ technique. Our Wednesday Workshops allow dancers to try a different discipline every Wednesday in August. This year, our Young Dancers’ Programs may be taken in a 1 or 2 week commitment. Summer Dance is a great way for students to experience new disciplines, improve dance technique and enjoy dancing throughout the summer!

In our Junior Workshop, dancers (ages 7+) become a part of the creative process as they explore musicality and different rhythms while reviewing classical ballet pieces, learning other dance techniques and developing their own choreography. At the end of each session, dancers present their work to family and friends.
