ON May 21st, we celebrated a year of dance with a performance of "The Four Seasons" and "Exhale" at the Klein Auditorium in Bridgeport. Original choreography by artistic director Jessica Boelts combined classical and contemporary ballet set to Antonio Vivaldi's classic Four Seasons interwoven with Max Richter's recomposed version of the same score. "Exhale" expressed our jazz departments pent up energy with a presentation of dances reflecting styles from Musical Theatre to Lyrical/Contemporary, Jazz and Fosse style. There was something for everyone! A joyful end to the past year and to being back on stage. Video will be available for purchase.
